PRE-BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Customer agrees to pay a booking amount of ₹499/- for Jiff Bike – Low Speed as an expression of interest for purchasing the respective vehicle ("Vehicle").

The booking is provisional and does not constitute a confirmed sale, delivery guarantee, or price commitment by the Company.

The Vehicle is expected to be launched for sale in 6 weeks. The Company reserves the right to modify the launch timeline due to production, regulatory, or market-related factors.

• →The Booking Amount shall be refundable if the Customer cancels the booking before the Vehicle's launch.
• →The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
• →If the Company cancels the booking or decides not to launch the Vehicle, the full Booking Amount will be refunded to the Customer.

The final price, specifications, and features of the Vehicle will be determined at the time of launch.

The Company reserves the right to modify the Vehicle's design, features, and pricing at its sole discretion.

Upon launch, the Booking Amount will be adjusted against the final price of the Vehicle.

The booking is personal to the Customer and cannot be transferred or assigned to another person without prior written consent from the Company.

• →The Company shall not be liable for any delays, modifications, or discontinuation of the Vehicle's launch.
• →The Customer acknowledges that this booking does not create any legal right to claim delivery of the Vehicle until a final sale agreement is executed.

These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.

By proceeding with the payment, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Pre-Launch Booking Terms & Conditions.
